Snezana Sibalic

Snezana Sibalic is Program Manager for Innovate@UCLA, a membership organization and professional community for the Southern California technology industry. Innovate@UCLA connects industry leaders, UCLA faculty, researchers, and students through executive programs, thought leadership, and collaborative initiatives that foster innovation, education, and community. In her role, Snezana leads the planning and execution of strategic programs and initiatives that strengthen connections across Southern California's technology ecosystem and advance Innovate@UCLA's mission.

She leads program strategy and execution, executive programs, marketing and communications, member engagement, financial management, and stakeholder relations. Working closely with executive board members, industry partners, sponsors, and the UCLA community, she develops and delivers high-impact programs and initiatives that foster meaningful collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional relationships. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Prior to joining UCLA, Snezana managed cross-functional programs and operational initiatives in the healthcare and hospitality industries. Her experience across multiple sectors has shaped a collaborative, execution-focused approach to program management, stakeholder engagement, and community building.
